Dental Website Design and Funnels
Dental Website Design Built for Booked Consultations
The Goat Group delivers dental website design and funnels for clinics, with a landing page for each key treatment and a booking path that works on mobile. Our in-house developer, designers and video team build around booked consultations rather than traffic, and Goat SST tracking shows which pages and campaigns actually bring patients to the clinic.
Dental website design that books, not just looks good
Most dental websites were built to look professional. Few were built to book consultations. The typical clinic site has a homepage slider, a single “services” page that squeezes every treatment into a paragraph, a contact form buried at the bottom and stock photos that could belong to any clinic in Europe. On a phone, it loads slowly and the booking button is hard to find.
That matters more than it used to. Almost every patient who sees your ad, finds you on Google Maps or hears your name from a friend will look at your website before getting in touch. If the page doesn't answer their questions quickly, they go back and open the next clinic. Paying for traffic to a site that doesn't convert is one of the most expensive mistakes a clinic can make, because the loss is invisible: nobody complains, they simply leave.
Website or funnel: what's the difference?
Your website is the full picture of the clinic: the team, the treatments, the technology, the location and the reviews. A funnel is a focused path for one treatment and one type of patient, usually a landing page connected to an ad campaign, with one clear action at the end. A patient who clicked an ad for implants should land on a page about implants, not on your homepage.
Most clinics need both. We build the website as the foundation and add treatment landing pages for each campaign, so paid traffic, search traffic and word-of-mouth visitors each find the right door.
What a patient needs to see before booking
- Who will treat them, with real photos and short videos of your doctors
- What the treatment involves, in plain language, and what happens at the first consultation
- How pricing works, even if you prefer to give exact prices only after an examination
- Proof from other patients, such as reviews and consented patient stories
- Where you are, when you're open and how to reach you in one tap
When any of these is missing, the patient fills the gap with doubt. Our job is to make sure every treatment page answers them.
Built for the phone first
Patients who find a clinic through social media or Google Maps usually see the website on a phone first, often on a slow connection and with little patience. We design for that screen before anything else: short sections, readable text, buttons large enough to tap and a way to contact the clinic visible at every point. The desktop version is built from there, not the other way round.
How we work
- Conversion audit. We review your current site, analytics and enquiry data to see where visitors drop off.
- Structure by treatment. We plan the pages patients actually look for, such as implants, full-arch rehabilitation, veneers, aligners, emergency care and general dentistry, each with a clear path to booking.
- Content and media. Copy is written for patients, not for other dentists. Video and photography come from our dental video production team, so the site shows your real doctors and clinic.
- Design and build. Our in-house web developer and designers build a fast, mobile-first site.
- Booking path. Forms, click-to-call, WhatsApp and calendar integration, so a patient can go from interest to appointment in a few taps.
- Tracking. We connect Goat SST so every booking can be traced back to the page and campaign that produced it.
- Test and improve. Headlines, offers, form length and page layout are tested against booking data, not opinions.
What's included
- Website design and development, mobile first
- Landing pages for your priority treatments
- Lead magnets where they make sense, such as a treatment guide or a cost explainer
- Language versions for international patients
- Technical foundations for search: speed, clean structure, structured data and location information that supports local SEO for dentists
- Integrations with WhatsApp Business, calendar sync, Stripe payments and webhooks for the tools you already use
- GDPR-compliant cookie consent, privacy information and form handling
- Server-side tracking and clear reporting on booked consultations by source
How we measure
Traffic isn't the goal. We measure how many visitors become booked consultations, how that rate differs by treatment and by campaign, and how many of those consultations turn into patients. A page with fewer visitors and a higher booking rate is worth more than a busy page that nobody acts on.
Because Goat SST works server-side, it records conversions that browser pixels miss when patients refuse cookies or use iOS privacy features, while anonymising data on EU infrastructure in line with GDPR. That gives you, and the ad platforms, a truer picture of which pages work.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
This is for clinics whose website no longer reflects the quality of their work, clinics about to invest in paid ads, and clinics with international patients who need clear information in their own language. Our page on dental marketing across Europe explains how we handle several markets and languages at once.
It isn't the right fit if you only want a cheap template to tick a box, or if you don't plan to send any traffic to the site. A website on its own rarely changes much. It works best as part of a system with ads, video and fast follow-up.
Proof
We have worked with White Star Dent in Iași since its first day. The clinic grew from zero to almost €1 million in annual revenue and has become one of the strongest dental brands in the city. Read the White Star Dent case study.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a website for a dental clinic?
It depends on the number of treatments, languages and integrations. A focused landing page for one campaign can be ready early, so ads can launch in the first weeks of the partnership. A full website with several treatment sections and language versions takes longer. You'll get a realistic timeline together with the tailored proposal, which we send within 24 hours of the strategy call.
Can you improve our existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Sometimes, yes. If the site is technically sound, we can add treatment landing pages, fix the booking path and install tracking without starting over. If it's slow, hard to update or built on an outdated platform, a rebuild is usually cheaper in the long run than repeated patching. We'll tell you which applies after looking at your current site and data.
Do we need separate landing pages if we already have a good website?
If you run ads, usually yes. A landing page is built for one treatment and one action, without the menus and distractions of a full site, so more visitors take the next step. It also lets us match the page to the exact message of the ad and test changes without touching the main website. Your website stays the place patients go to learn about the clinic as a whole.
Will the website be GDPR compliant?
Yes. We set up cookie consent, privacy information and secure form handling, and we sign a data processing agreement with every clinic. Tracking runs through Goat SST, which anonymises data server-side on EU infrastructure. Your clinic remains the data controller for patient information, so we also help you keep forms short and collect only what you actually need.
Can patients book or pay online through the website?
We can connect the site to your calendar so patients choose a slot themselves, send enquiries straight into WhatsApp and use Stripe where you want to take deposits or payment for consultations. Whether to charge upfront depends on your clinic and your market. Some clinics prefer a confirmed booking followed by reminders; others use a deposit to reduce no-shows. We'll help you decide what fits.
