We work with dental clinics in Romania, Spain and across Europe, including dental tourism clinics with international patients. Tell us the name of your clinic, where it is and what you would like to change, and we will take it from there.
What happens after you get in touch
- We book a free 30-minute strategy call. We talk about your clinic, your goals and your current results.
- We audit your current setup. Ads, website, Google Business Profile, content and how enquiries are handled today, so you know where patients are being lost.
- You receive a personalised offer within 24 hours. We do not publish prices, because they depend on your clinic's size, number of locations, ad budget and production volume.
- If you go ahead, onboarding starts. We sign the agreement and a data processing agreement (DPA), then follow our four-week process.
There is no free trial: every clinic gets a funnel and onboarding built specifically for it, which is why the strategy call and audit are free instead.
What to prepare for the call
You will get more from the 30 minutes if you have the following to hand:
- Your website and social media links.
- What you currently spend on ads each month, and who runs them.
- The treatments you want more of, such as implants, aligners or veneers.

Yes. The 30-minute strategy call and the audit of your current setup are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. We offer them instead of a free trial, because every clinic that works with us gets a funnel and onboarding built for it, which cannot be switched on for a trial period.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
Within 24 hours of the strategy call. The offer is personalised, because the price depends on the scope of work: the size of your clinic, the number of locations, your advertising budget and how much video and design production you need. We do not publish a standard price list.
Do you work with clinics outside Romania?
Yes. The Goat Group is based in Bucharest, and Romania is our main market, but we also work with clinics in Spain and elsewhere in Europe, including dental tourism clinics that treat patients from abroad. As an EU company, we apply the same GDPR standards wherever your clinic is based.
