Dental Video Production
Dental Video Production That Brings Patients to Your Chair
The Goat Group provides dental video production with its own in-house team: video, photography and copy for clinics. We plan scripts, film with your doctors at the clinic and edit short-form content, long-form videos, VSLs and ad creative. Every piece is judged on the consultations it helps book, tracked through our Goat SST system, rather than on views or likes.
Dental video production that earns trust before the first visit
Patients don't choose a clinic from a price list. They choose a doctor they feel they can trust with something expensive, sometimes uncomfortable and often personal. Before booking implants or veneers, most people want to know who will treat them, what the clinic looks like and whether anyone will explain things clearly. Video answers those questions faster than any amount of text.
Yet most clinic content doesn't do that job. Stock images of smiling models, reels copied from whatever is trending and the occasional clip filmed on a phone between patients rarely show what makes your clinic different. Some content is beautifully produced but made by teams who don't understand dentistry, so it looks good and books nobody.
Good dental video does something more specific. It lets a patient hear your doctor explain a treatment in plain words, see the clinic they'll walk into and understand what happens at the first consultation. By the time they book, they already feel they know you, and that changes how the consultation goes.
What we produce
- Short-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts: doctors explaining treatments, answers to the questions patients ask most, behind-the-scenes clips and patient stories, used only with written consent.
- Long-form video for YouTube and your website: treatment explainers and interviews that let patients get to know your team properly.
- VSLs (video sales letters) for treatment landing pages, walking a patient through the problem, the options and what happens next.
- Ad creative in the formats and ratios each platform needs, with several hooks and lengths to test against each other.
- Photography of the team, the clinic and the technology you work with.
- Copy for ads, captions and landing pages, written to support the video rather than repeat it.
For clinics that want to go further, we also produce longer brand projects. For one partner clinic, that included a full documentary.
How we work
- Scripts and planning. In the first week, we agree the treatments to focus on, the questions patients ask most and the messages each doctor is comfortable with. Every video gets a script or at least a clear structure.
- Filming day at your clinic. Our crew films with your doctors and team in one well-organised day, planned around your schedule. Nobody needs acting experience; we guide delivery, angles and pacing on set.
- In-house editing. Footage goes straight to our own editors, designers and media production team. Nothing is outsourced, so feedback turns into new versions quickly.
- Launch in ads and organic. The media buyers who run your Facebook and Google Ads receive the creative directly and test hooks, lengths and angles.
- Learn and film again. Tracking shows which videos bring booked consultations, and the next filming day builds on what worked.
Why in-house production matters
When filming, editing and media buying sit in three different companies, every change takes days and something gets lost in each handover. Our video editor, media production specialist, graphic designer and media buyers work in the same team. When an ad starts to tire, a new version can be ready before performance drops, and the people editing your footage know exactly how it will be used and measured.
It also protects the tone of your clinic. The team that films your doctors is the same team that decides how the clips are cut, captioned and placed, so the message stays consistent from a fifteen-second ad to a full treatment explainer.
How we measure: consultations, not views
Views and likes are easy to buy and easy to misread. We use them only as diagnostics: whether the first seconds hold attention and whether people watch to the end. The measure that counts is how many consultations each video helps generate.
Because our Goat SST server-side tracking records real bookings and attendance, we can see which creative brings patients, not just clicks. That shapes the next script, the next filming day and where the budget goes. Organic content is harder to attribute directly, so there we look at trends in enquiries, profile visits and what patients mention at their consultation.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
Video works best for clinics whose doctors are willing to appear on camera and speak in their own words. It suits practices building a personal brand around a lead dentist, clinics launching high-value treatments and clinics that treat patients from other cities or countries, where trust has to be built at a distance. Romania is our main market, and our page on dental marketing in Romania shows how this works for clinics there.
It isn't the right fit if you want a large volume of generic posts without involving your team, or if your doctors would rather not be seen. We also won't script promises about clinical outcomes: content has to respect the healthcare advertising rules in your country and your professional code of conduct.
Proof
Infinity Digital Dent built a personal brand that is hard to replace, with communication that has a real identity, including a full documentary. The clinic has generated more than 10,000 leads and hundreds of thousands of euros in yearly revenue from patients. Read the Infinity Digital Dent case study.
At V-Medical, the clinic's doctor told us that everything, filming included, was easier than expected.

Frequently asked questions
Do our doctors need experience in front of the camera?
No. Many doctors feel awkward on camera at first, and that's normal. We prepare scripts or simple structures in advance, guide delivery and pacing on set and use the best takes in the edit. The aim is for your doctors to sound like themselves explaining something to a patient, not like television presenters. Confidence usually grows quickly once they see the first finished videos.
How long does it take from filming to the first videos going live?
In our standard process, the first filming day takes place in the second week. The footage goes straight to our in-house editor, and the media buyer launches the first campaigns that same week, so first enquiries can arrive soon after. Longer pieces, such as treatment explainers or a VSL for a landing page, take more editing time and follow in the weeks after.
Can you film our patients?
Only with their explicit written consent, covering how and where the footage will be used. Patients can withdraw consent, so we plan for that too. We never show personal health information without permission, and we check patient stories against the healthcare advertising rules in your country. Many clinics start with doctors and the team, then add patient stories once the right patients are happy to take part.
How often do you need to film at the clinic?
It depends on the scope we agree. After the first filming day, further sessions are planned around how much content your campaigns need and which videos perform best. A clinic advertising several treatments or in several languages needs more material than a clinic focused on one treatment. Ad creative also wears out over time, so regular fresh footage keeps campaigns effective.
Does video work for implant and full-arch patients?
These are the treatments where video matters most. Patients are making a large financial decision and worry about pain, time and whether they can trust the surgeon. A doctor calmly explaining the process, what the first consultation includes and how a treatment plan is decided removes a lot of that uncertainty. We explain; we don't promise clinical results, which also keeps the content within the advertising rules.
