V-Medical: 200+ Leads and Full-Arch Implant Cases Every Month
V-Medical Clinic worked with The Goat Group to attract high-value implant patients in a less exposed city, away from the biggest dental markets. Within a few months the clinic received more than 200 leads and consistently attracted high-value patients, with several full-arch implant rehabilitation cases every month. Its doctor reports more than 50% more bookings.
Dental patient acquisition away from the big cities
V-Medical Clinic works in a less exposed city, one that gets less attention than the largest dental markets. There are fewer people searching at any given moment and less online buzz around dental treatment. For many clinics in this position, the working assumption is that high-value treatment, such as full-arch rehabilitation on implants, has to come mostly from referrals and chance.
The question for V-Medical was whether a structured patient-acquisition system could bring those patients in consistently, month after month, rather than now and then.
The challenge
Full-arch rehabilitation on implants is one of the biggest decisions a patient can make about their teeth. It's a significant investment, it takes time, and it depends on trusting the surgeon. Patients research carefully, often for months, before they book a consultation.
In a less exposed city, the pool of potential patients at any moment is smaller, so there's little room for waste. Campaigns have to reach the right people, explain the treatment clearly and follow up well enough that promising leads aren't lost.
There was also the practical side. For a busy clinical team, filming and marketing can look like one more burden on top of a full schedule.
What we built
We applied our standard approach for implant-focused clinics, which combines:
- Content with the clinic's own doctors. Filmed by our in-house team and edited to explain treatment in plain language, so patients understand the process and meet the people behind it.
- Treatment-focused campaigns. Meta and Google campaigns built around specific treatments rather than general dentistry, reaching patients within a realistic travelling distance of the clinic.
- Landing pages for each treatment. Clear pages that answer the questions implant patients ask before they get in touch.
- Fast, structured follow-up. Enquiries handled quickly, so interest doesn't fade while the patient keeps researching.
- Tracking on patients, not clicks. Our Goat SST server-side tracking, which sends real bookings back to the ad platforms so they learn which people become patients.
Results
- More than 200 leads in a few months.
- A consistent flow of high-value patients, with several full-arch implant rehabilitation cases every month.
- According to the clinic's doctor, more than 50% more bookings.
What the clinic says
Dr. Nichita Valentin of V-Medical Clinic reports that bookings rose by more than 50%. The doctor also says that working with us was easier than expected, and that included the filming, a part clinical teams often worry about.
Lessons for other clinics
A less exposed market isn't a lesser opportunity. High-value treatment doesn't only happen in big cities. With the right system, a clinic outside the main markets can attract complex cases every month.
Explain, don't sell. Patients considering full-arch treatment respond to clarity: what happens, how long it takes, who does it and what the first consultation involves. Content that explains builds more trust than content that promises.
Filming doesn't have to be a burden. With good planning and an experienced crew, a filming day fits around the clinic's schedule, and doctors don't need to be natural presenters.
Judge leads by what they become. Two hundred leads matter because of the full-arch cases and bookings they turned into. The right measure for an implant clinic is patients treated, not the lowest cost per form.
Results like these also depend on the clinic itself: the quality of the medical work and how the team handles each enquiry. Marketing brings the right patients in; the clinic earns their decision.

Frequently asked questions
Can a clinic outside the big cities attract full-arch implant patients through ads?
Yes, if the system is built for it. V-Medical, in a less exposed city, attracted several full-arch cases every month. It takes treatment-focused campaigns, content that explains the procedure clearly, landing pages that answer patients' questions and fast follow-up. It also takes a clinic with the clinical capability and reputation to convert those patients, because marketing can bring them in but can't make the decision for them.
How much of our doctors' time does filming take?
Usually less than clinics fear. We plan the filming day around your schedule, prepare scripts or simple structures in advance and guide doctors on set, so they only need to be present for the parts they appear in. V-Medical's doctor described the whole collaboration, filming included, as easier than expected. After the first session, further filming is planned around what the campaigns need.
Is 200 leads a lot for an implant clinic?
It depends on the treatment and the market, which is why we don't judge lead volume on its own. For full-arch implants, a smaller number of well-qualified leads can be worth far more than thousands of low-intent form fills. What matters is how many become consultations, how many accept treatment and what that means for revenue. That's how we measure every campaign.
How do you target patients when the local population is smaller?
We set the targeting around a realistic travelling distance for the treatment, which for major implant work can be wider than for a routine check-up. We focus on specific treatments rather than general dentistry and use content that explains the procedure. With server-side tracking feeding real bookings back to Meta and Google, the platforms learn which people become patients, which matters even more when the audience is small.
