How to attract Israeli patients to your dental clinic abroad
The Goat Group builds patient-acquisition systems for dental clinics abroad that want patients from Israel: ads aimed at Israel, doctor video, treatment pages and WhatsApp replies prepared with the clinic's team in Hebrew or the patient's preferred language, and server-side tracking that follows each patient to travel and treatment. We work for the clinic, not as a broker, and take no commission per patient.
How to attract Israeli patients to your dental clinic abroad
The Goat Group is a European dental marketing agency that builds patient-acquisition systems for dental clinics: paid ads, video production, websites, local SEO, WhatsApp conversion and ChatGPT ads, measured on booked patients, not clicks. Here we explain what that system looks like for clinics outside Israel that want patients from Israel: campaigns aimed at Israel, Hebrew pages built with your team, doctors on video and WhatsApp replies timed to the Israeli week.
The clinic is our client. Clinics pay no fee per patient, and we do not act as an agent between clinic and patient. This is a description of method, not of results with Israeli patients; the broader approach is on our dental tourism marketing page.
When Israel makes sense as a source market
It makes sense if:
- Some of your patients already come from Israel, or there are direct flights to your city.
- Someone in your team reads and writes Hebrew, or the patient's preferred language, and can reply on the days Israeli patients write.
- You can give visiting patients the chair time a trip requires.
It does not make sense for:
- Patients looking for a clinic for themselves. We cannot recommend clinics or arrange treatment.
- Medical tourism agents. We do not supply leads to resell.
- Clinics that cannot answer within the working day. A WhatsApp chat that goes quiet is usually a lost patient.
Questions Israeli patients typically ask
Before booking a flight, patients from Israel usually want clear answers to a few questions:
- The dentist. Name, training and experience of the person who will treat them, ideally shown on video.
- The plan in writing. What the estimate includes and what could change after the examination.
- Implants and materials. Which implant system and which materials the clinic uses.
- Number of trips. How many visits the treatment needs and how long each stay lasts.
- Care after returning. Who in the clinic answers once they are back in Israel, and how a local dentist can take over.
- The trip itself. Flights, transfers, accommodation and, for observant patients, how the trip fits around Shabbat and the holidays.
Answer these on your pages and in your first replies, and the conversation moves from price to planning.
Hebrew, right to left, and the Israeli week
- Hebrew first. Most patients will expect Hebrew; many are also comfortable in English, and some prefer Russian or Arabic.
- Right-to-left layout. Hebrew pages, forms and ad creative need a layout built for right-to-left text, not a mirrored copy of the English page.
- Sunday to Thursday. For many people in Israel the working week runs from Sunday to Thursday, with Friday afternoon and Saturday quiet for Shabbat. A clinic that answers only from Monday to Friday misses one of their working days every week, so replies have to cover Sunday.
- WhatsApp as the default. WhatsApp is widely used in Israel, and many patients prefer a chat to a form or a phone call.
Our team works in English, Romanian and Spanish. Hebrew content is prepared together with your team and checked by your team before it goes live. We do not write Hebrew content for patients on our own.
What we build for Israeli patients
- A campaign for Israel. Meta and Google Ads aimed at Israel, with Hebrew creative and a budget kept apart from your other markets.
- Replies that cover Sunday. WhatsApp automation answers within minutes on any day, collects the treatment of interest and the preferred travel dates, and tells the patient exactly when a colleague will continue if your clinic is closed.
- Doctors on screen. Doctor video with Hebrew subtitles written with your team, plus treatment pages laid out right to left.
- Before the flight. With the patient's consent, X-rays and photos are received by your clinic through secure channels we set up. The plan sent at this stage is provisional until the in-person examination.
- Trip timing. Reminders that respect Shabbat and the holidays when confirming flights and visit dates.
- Back in Israel. Your aftercare plan, turned into a Hebrew page and a follow-up message that names the colleague to contact.
Measuring the Israeli market with Goat SST
Israeli patients may chat for weeks and then book around a holiday. A browser pixel rarely survives that gap. Goat SST sends the real milestones back to Meta and Google from our server: consultation booked, patient arrived, treatment accepted. The ad platforms then optimise for people who travelled from Israel, not for those who only asked a question.
Israel appears as its own line in your report, with data anonymised server-side in the EU. Results also depend on clinical quality and on how your reception answers.
Rules for advertising to people in Israel
- Home rules. Everything you publish must respect the medical advertising and professional rules of the country where your clinic works.
- Israeli standards. Ads aimed at people in Israel may also be judged by Israeli standards.
- Data. If your clinic is in the EU, GDPR applies to all patient data you process, Israeli patients included. Israel also has its own privacy rules. Each clinic signs a data processing agreement with us.
- Final say. We review the known rules with you before launch; the clinic remains responsible for its advertising.
What we need from you
- Access to the ad accounts, the website and the WhatsApp Business number used for Israel.
- A Hebrew-speaking colleague, or one for the patient's preferred language, who also answers on Sundays.
- A filming day with your dentists.
- Calendar access to track consultations and visits.
- Written information on materials, visits, aftercare and the prices you may show.

Frequently asked questions
Can you write our Hebrew ads and pages?
Our team works in English, Romanian and Spanish. Hebrew ads and pages are prepared together with your team and checked by your team before they go live. We handle the right-to-left layout, the campaign set-up, the video and the tracking; a Hebrew-speaking colleague at your clinic answers patients, including on Sundays.
Does GDPR apply to patients from Israel?
If your clinic is in the EU, GDPR applies to all patient data you process, including that of patients from Israel, and Israel has its own privacy rules too. Dental X-rays and photos are health data, received by your clinic through secure channels we set up, with consent. A data processing agreement is signed with every clinic; for legal questions, consult your own lawyer.
Our clinic is closed on Sundays. Is that a problem?
It can be, because Sunday is a working day for many people in Israel. Automated WhatsApp replies answer immediately on any day, collect the essentials and tell the patient when a colleague will reply. Ideally someone also covers Sunday, even for a few hours, so a new chat does not wait until Monday.
Do you act as an agent sending Israeli patients to us?
No. We are an agency for clinics, not a medical tourism agent, and there is no fee per patient. Your campaigns, your WhatsApp number and your patient list belong to your clinic. Patients from Israel talk to your team from the first message, and the relationship stays with you.
Do you already have results with Israeli patients?
We do not publish any. This page explains our method, and we have no public dental tourism case study yet. Our published case studies come from other markets and are not presented as results with Israeli patients. On the strategy call we look at your data and say plainly whether Israel suits your clinic.
