Dental marketing for clinics in Poland that treat international patients
The Goat Group builds patient-acquisition systems for dental clinics in Poland that treat international patients, from Poles living abroad to German, British and Scandinavian patients. Each audience gets its own campaigns, language and landing pages, prepared with the clinic's team, and server-side tracking shows which enquiries become visits. We work for the clinic, not as a broker, and take no commission per patient.
Dental marketing for clinics in Poland that treat international patients
The Goat Group is a European dental marketing agency that builds patient-acquisition systems for dental clinics: paid ads, video production, websites, local SEO, WhatsApp conversion and ChatGPT ads, measured on booked patients, not clicks. If your practice is in Szczecin, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk, Warsaw or any other Polish city and you treat people who live outside Poland, we build the campaigns, content, conversations and measurement around them.
The arrangement is simple: your clinic owns the system and the patients it brings. We are not an intermediary, there is no commission on each patient and enquiries are never resold. Nothing on this page reports results in Poland; it explains how we would approach a Polish clinic. The full method is on our dental tourism marketing page.
Is this the right fit?
It probably is if your clinic:
- already sees patients who live abroad, Polish or not, and wants more of them on purpose rather than by chance;
- has team members who can answer in German, English or another patient language without delay;
- wants to stop relying only on recommendations that reach you by luck.
It is not the right fit for patients looking for a dentist (we cannot point anyone to a clinic or quote a treatment), for agents who place patients with clinics, or for practices where messages from abroad sit unanswered over the weekend.
Your first international market may already speak Polish
Poland has a large diaspora across Europe, with well-known communities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. For many of those people, seeing a dentist at home during a visit is a natural choice: they know the language, they trust a Polish doctor and they already have a reason to travel.
That makes the diaspora the easiest international audience to start with, and it is often overlooked. The campaigns are in Polish, the conversations are in Polish and your reception already knows how to answer. What changes is the timing. Enquiries tend to build before holidays and family occasions, and treatment has to fit a stay with a fixed return date. So we run diaspora campaigns in the countries where those communities live, and we schedule them ahead of the periods when people plan their trips home.
Neighbours across the western border
For clinics in western Poland, German patients can be a short drive away. Their questions are practical: how many appointments, how long each one takes, whether the treatment can be split across several day trips and who to call if something feels wrong back home. They tend to research carefully and compare several offers before deciding.
Those patients need German-language pages and German-speaking replies, and their campaigns should be drawn around the regions within reach of your clinic rather than across the whole country. Our guide to German, Austrian and Swiss patients goes into what they look for in more detail.
Patients who fly in
Patients from the United Kingdom, Ireland or Scandinavia who are not Polish come with different questions. They may know little about Polish dentistry and need to be shown who the doctors are, what the clinic looks like and how the visits are spaced. Short doctor videos recorded on a filming day with your team carry much of that work, along with clear treatment pages in English.
How the system fits together
| Stage | What the patient needs | What we build |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | To find a clinic that speaks their language | Separate Meta and Google Ads campaigns for each audience and country |
| First contact | A quick, human answer | WhatsApp automation that replies within minutes and routes the chat to the right language |
| Assessment | To know what the treatment involves | A secure way for your clinic to receive X-rays and photos |
| Travel | A realistic schedule | Pages and messages that explain the number and spacing of visits |
| Aftercare | Someone to contact from home | A follow-up sequence written from your clinic's aftercare plan |
With the patient's consent, X-rays and photos are received by your clinic through secure channels we set up. Any treatment plan sent before the visit stays provisional until the in-person examination. We help you say that clearly in every reply, so expectations match what happens in the chair.
Languages in a Polish clinic
Polish covers the diaspora. German, English and, for some clinics, a Scandinavian language cover the rest. Our own team works in English, Romanian and Spanish and communicates with clinics in English. Patient-facing content is prepared together with your team in the patient's language and checked by your team before it goes live. We only open a market when someone on your side can hold the conversation in that language.
Rules in Poland and abroad
Poland has its own rules on the advertising of health services and on patient data, and the country where an ad appears may apply its own standards too. EU data protection rules cover patients in Poland and in the other EU countries you target. We review the known rules with you before launch; the clinic remains responsible for its advertising. Ads stay factual: no promised results, no medical advice and no claims that compare your clinic with dentists in the patient's home country. Every clinic we work with signs a data processing agreement with us.
Knowing which audience pays off
Diaspora, cross-border and fly-in patients behave differently, so they are reported separately. Goat SST, our server-side tracking system, sends Meta and Google the steps that matter: consultation booked, first visit attended, treatment accepted. Campaigns then optimise for patients who arrived, not for chats that went quiet. Personal data is anonymised on the server, on infrastructure inside the EU. Results also depend on clinical quality and on how your reception answers.

Frequently asked questions
Can you show us results from Polish clinics?
Not at this stage. This page describes our method, and there is no public dental tourism case study from us yet. The outcomes in our published case studies come from other markets, and we do not present them as Polish results. On the strategy call we go through how the system would fit your clinic and the audiences you already see.
Is it worth advertising to Poles living abroad?
For many Polish clinics it is the simplest place to start. The patient speaks your language, already trusts Polish dentists and often has a trip home planned. What matters is timing and location: we run these campaigns in the countries where the communities live and schedule them ahead of the periods when people plan visits home.
How do you handle German patients from just across the border?
As a separate audience, with its own campaigns, German-language pages and a German-speaking contact on your team. Targeting stays within realistic driving distance of your clinic. German patients usually compare several offers, so the replies have to be quick, precise and clear about the number of visits a treatment needs.
Who writes the content in German or English?
Our team works in English, Romanian and Spanish. Patient-facing content in other languages is prepared together with your team and checked by your team before it goes live. Your staff then run the conversations day to day; we provide the structure, the creative, the automation and the tracking behind them.
Do you charge per patient or take a commission?
No. We are not an intermediary. Your clinic pays for the system: ads, content, WhatsApp flows and tracking. Enquiries reach your own WhatsApp and calendar, the patient data stays with your clinic, and we never sell or pass enquiries to anyone else.
